How is the Shop to Use?
The store has a great menu, with categories including Princesses, Villains, Mickey & Friends, Heroes/Main Characters, Home (as in wreaths and coasters), Animals, Disney Channel, Pixar, Sidekicks, Holiday/Seasonal, Marvel, and Miscellaneous! This site is so easy to use, and really offers a great selection.
What Customer Service Can You Expect?
With a five-star rating on Etsy, I am not surprised at how quick the turnaround time was on these ears. Other customers remark about how great Jessica is to work with on custom orders, too.

These ears arrived in a sturdy box, but the ears were wrapped in a single piece of tissue paper with no other protection. They were sliding around the box quite a bit when the package was delivered. Was a little concerned about feathers being crushed, but we lucked out and they were ok. Would love to see even just one more piece of tissue as padding between the box and the ears.

EnchantedCharactEARS is an organized, fun shop with so many creative designs using fantastic materials you don’t normally see from other designers. I am so impressed with the quality of her materials, the sheer creative genius behind her characters, and the way she manages to capture the exact characteristics that make a pair of ears immediately recognizable. Would love to see a little more TLC in the packaging, and photos could be a tiny bit more consistent.
My favorite list on Etsy has over 12 pair from this shop!
