Hello, all you lovely FashionEarstas! EarstaDiva here to tell you about a wonderful experience that I had last week. Tinkerbell, ”Tink” to her friends, invited me to Pixie Hollow to visit her workshop. As we know from many of the Pixie Hollow movies, Spring is a busy time for Tink and the other fairies, and she asked if I wanted to come and help her in the workshop. How exciting! I wanted to make sure that I showed my new friend how honored I was to be asked to come work alongside her, so I knew I had to pick the perfect outfit complete with the best pair of ears I could find! I scoured the internet, and then I remembered our friends at Ears From Wonderland! They had a beautiful selection of ears and one that was PERFECT for the occasion!
When I walked in, the workshop was all a buzz with the work that needed to be done for Spring. I quickly reached into my satchel and donned my newest, most extraordinary ears! Tink looked hard and giggled when she saw herself and the pixie dust flying across the ears. Fairy Mary looked over the ears and proclaimed that they were very well made. She did a thorough inspection of the stitching and the gluing and made sure that the ears were perfectly proportionate. She laughed at one of Tink’s shoe poofs in the center of the bow.
“We’ll be hearing about this all week.” Fairy Mary said, rolling her eyes.
After I helped make some acorn teapots and leaf baskets, Tink decided it was time to take a quick tour of Pixie Hollow. We stopped by the Pixie Dust tree so that I would have enough pixie dust to keep up with Tink and her friends. We flew fast that day to see everything she wanted to show me before I had to leave — they had to finish preparing springtime! Can you believe that my ears never once fell off? I even forgot I was wearing them! Pixie Hollow is even more beautiful in person. Seeing everything from a fairy’s point of view is incredible, and you truly begin to see how beautiful our earth is.
I had a wonderful day in Pixie Hollow with the Tinker Fairies. Everyone loved my outfit; they said I looked just like Tink! I also heard later that Tink made sure to let Vidia know that there were ears specifically with her on them! (Vidia is apparently not happy and wants ears of her own!) To keep the peace, I may have to look and see if I can find some for her. What great fun in Pixie Hollow!
What We Loved
Stitching/Gluing:
Excellent. No visible seams, the coverings are well done and there is no glue line nor threading in the headband. The maker of this ear goes even further with the edging ribbon being symmetrical and they include a piece of this ribbon within the bow as well.
Materials:
Excellent. The satin and tulle are great quality.
Unique Theme/Style:
Excellent. The theme strength is solid, with the silhouette of Tink on the one ear is there is no doubt what theme these ears are conveying. My favorite part of the entire ear is the poof from Tink’s shoe that is in the center of the bow. I love that subtle detail and it takes the ear from being simple to being just fabulous!
Shipping/Packaging:
Excellent. A special note about their packaging. Your Ear adventure begins the moment you open your box. Their packaging is adorable, and they pay close attention to the little details and personal touches.
Ear Shape/Size:
Excellent. The proportions of these ears are perfect.
Wearability:
Excellent. You can put these ears on in the morning and forget you are even wearing them!
Turnaround Time:
Excellent. Shipping was average timing.

What Needs Work
Bow:
Good. The bow is really cute, and I love the tulle, but after a little time it starts to wilt a bit.
Headband:
Good. Thick band covered in satin ribbon with a liner that will help keep it on your head. The gluing on the inside of the headband was a little rough. I worry that over time that the moleskin/suede type material will start to peel because the finishing was a little rough here.
Where should future FashionEarstas be seen in these ears?
These would be great for any trip to Pixie Hollow or Never Neverland! Meeting Tinkerbell or The Peter Pan Ride at Walt Disney World would be the perfect opportunity to snap a picture in these fabulous ears!

When I first opened these ears, I was blown away! Ears From Wonderland did a phenomenal job with the packaging! I love the color of the ears, the rich green that embodies everything Tinkerbell, and it was just a perfect first impression. The silver edging ribbon was really unique. It is not your typical glue covering and I was really impressed with the symmetry of the ribbon. The silhouette of Tink and her stars/pixie dust is great, but what really made me happy was her little poof from her shoe in the center of the tulle bow. What a great touch! The materials were not your usual ear materials. Using tulle, satin, and sparkly silver ribbon really worked well in making these ears beautiful and unique!
